Our basic
operating philosophy is to
provide quality products and services at
a reasonable cost. We charge a flat rate
fee for examinations and
services. Evidence storage, a seven (7)
year minimum, is also included in the
flat rate fee. Our customers will always
know the full cost of our service prior
to an assignment.
As in many
industries, structured and formatted
reports are used. North American
West uses a structured, formatted
report to assure every examination
is consistent
using proper procedures and methods.
The reports also guarantee all
results are detailed and documented.
A proper forensic report requires
the examinations to be conducted and
reported in a detailed and
consistent manner and is specific to
the vehicle examined.
North
American West automotive forensic
examiners recover and/or examine
relevant parts and make
determinations based on scientific
evidence and scientific procedures.
Their conclusions reflect the
evidence, not outside influences.
Every
examiner personally details the
examination, including methods and
procedures, on a structured,
formatted vehicle specific report
form. Supporting photographs are
attached. The completed reports and
photographs are reviewed by a
qualified forensic examiner to
insure accuracy. The reports are
then processed, reviewed
and
forwarded to the client.
